Maintain
your own corporate identity
When
you choose MailstarUSA as your mailserver you use your own
corporate
identity. For example you get your mail as e.g. james@widget.com,
if
you own the widget.com domain name. There is no need to rely on (the
less
professional
looking) aol.com or hotmail.com.
Virus
check every email and attachment
MailstarUSA
automatically checks each and every email
for
viruses. Not only is the email checked, but the attachments
as
well, such as word and excel documents.
Drop
Spam/UCE
In
addition we check for and drop as much SPAM as possible.
Global access
to email
Another
problem some of my customers have is getting their email when
they
are on the road. Since our server is not behind your corporate
firewall
(different security methods are in place) mail can be retrieved
from
anywhere in the world.
Web Mail
You can read
your email using any browser from anywhere in the world.
Forwarding,
Autoresponder, Vacation Notice
Also
included are mail forwarding for each account (if needed), a mail
list
where each person on the list gets a copy of mail sent to
maillist@widget.com,
and an autoresponder for email replies
such
as "I am on vacation until..." or "Thank you for your resume...".
